| Our 4 Step Process |
|
|

|
|
1: Align leadership
When it comes to strategy, most leadership teams are generally aligned. Having a slight separation at the top of an organization can result in a wide variance in results at the front line. Leadership alignment is critical before you begin to engage the organization.

2: Translate message
Often missed in executing a strategy is the ability to translate the message into a context for every employee. Employees should be able to answer the questions: “What does this mean to me and my working group, and what needs to change to make this strategy a reality?” WildWorks helps organizations take complex strategies into a language everyone can understand by:
Making the complex simple
Aligning priorities
Helping employees understand what's in it for them
Visualizing the strategy
Allowing everyone to see where they fit into the overall organization
Helping individuals grasp the strategic intent, not just completing tasks

3: Engage the organization
To be successful, all levels of the organization must engage with the strategy. Engagement is ownership and the desire to carry out the strategy when no one is looking. Employees want to do their best, but often don't know how. Full engagement reaches the hearts and minds of everyone in your organization to fulfill the strategy.

4: Equip for action
Being equipped enables your people to make decisions and appropriately change behaviors to support the strategy. Only by creating a holistic approach with appropriate support tools and processes will you fully realize the results of your strategy. |
